    Here are the answers to some of your commonly asked questions.

    We ask you to allow 3 to 4 weeks for Outdoor Products, Doors, Flyscreens, Sunblinds, Roller Shutters this will include manufacturing and installation. Indoor products being Roller Blinds and Romans – approx. 3 weeks, Drapery & Pelmets 4 to 6 weeks, Plantation Shutters between 6-10 weeks. As all goods are custom made to order we need to allow for any supplier material delays, those delays of which you will be notified of as soon as Sunbury Screens & Blinds are advised.

    We offer a 12 month warranty on our installation and workmanship. Different products offer different warranties. Depending on supplier recommendations some outdoor fabrics have 2,5 or 10 year Warranty, some internal furnishings 1- 5 years. Please do not hesitate to enquire with our sales staff for information you require on an individual product.

    Please read any care label attached to your product. If a product does not have a care label we can provide you with manufacturer recommendations depending on the individual product.

    We accept payment on Installation by Cash, Cheque (Personal & Bank) Eftpos (Savings & Cheque) Visa & Master Card attract a 1.5% Payment Processing Fee. Direct Credit into our Business Account is available, preferably prior to installation to insure funds are cleared.

    Layby is available, four weeks notice of installation required by the customer is requested to ensure we meet manufacturing deadlines.

    As our response my often offend, please do not ask us if cheaper for cash as Government Legislation insists we must pay GST on all Sales.

    As a family Business, Management at Sunbury Screens & Blinds encourage a lifestyle balance for their staff. As our business is seasonal our Showroom is open Saturdays from 9am to 12pm Spring & Summer Months, 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Fridays all year round. Late quotation appointments are available Monday to Thursday evenings subject to product required. (We cannot measure outdoor products in the dark), We do not quote on weekends, however install on available Saturdays and evenings during the daylight savings period.
